Letter Styles and Mural Production taught by Twick.  Learn from a Bay Area legend in a safe and creative environment.

Classes are July 16, 21, 23 From 5:30 to 7pm
Mural Session is Saturday July 25th from 12-4pm
 
Features
  • The Letter-Style and Mural Production class will be taught by Francisco Aquino, Twick1, monthly at 1AM gallery. The class aims to raise awareness of graffiti art, establish respect for the culture, and be fun. Students will learn graffiti history, letter-styles, backgrounds, effects, color schemes, and the laws pertaining to San Francisco. While first sketching on paper and then painting on panels, Francisco will oversee and guide each students unique progress. The class then brainstorms a message, design, and color scheme for the final class, a mural production. The final mural production involves a relaxing weekend afternoon with the entire class supervised by Twick1 on the exterior wall of 1AM gallery.

  • Poor weather could cause weekend mural production class to be rescheduled.

  • Ages 18+ only unless student has parent/guardian sign 1AM class consent from. All levels welcome.
